⚓ The Boat

What type of boat is it?

Our Yamaha 242XE is a 24-foot twin-engine jet boat built for comfort, performance, and fun on the water.
 

How many people can board?
The boat seats up to 6 people.

Can I rent without a captain?
No, every excursion comes with a USCG-licensed Captain.

🌴 What to Expect

What should I bring?
Most guests come with sunscreen, towels, beach toys, hats & sunglasses, and a phone or camera in case we find dolphins.

Can I bring my own food and alcohol?

Yes. We will provide a cooler with ice and water. Bring your favorite food and beverages. 

Where will we go?
Our excursions typically go to Shell Island, a 7-mile-long barrier island situated between St. Andrew's Bay and the Gulf. A full day excursion to Crab Island, a renowned submerged sandbar located near Destin, Florida, is also an option. 


Are pets allowed?

No, pets are not allowed on the boat.

📅 Pricing & Booking

What is the booking cost?

Excursions are typically priced at $150 per hour, with 2, 4, 6, and 8 hour options available. 

Are fuel and docking fees included?

Yes, these are included in your booking price.

How far in advance should I book?

Bookings are available 12 hours in advance. During summers and busy seasons, we recommend booking 2 weeks in advance.

📍 Departure & Destinations

Will I see animals?

While we can't promise anything, the area is known for its bottle nose dolphin pods.  We've spotted manatees, manta rays, stingrays, sharks, and a sea turtle or two.

Where can we hop aboard?

We typically depart from the St Andrew's Marina. Exact directions will be provided after booking.

Can we anchor and swim during the trip?

Of course! Whether you want to zip around in search of wildlife or catch some rays, we can customize a trip for you.
 

🌦️ Safety & Weather

What if the weather is bad?

In the event of bad weather, we prioritize your safety. If conditions are unsafe, we will cancel or reschedule your trip, and you’ll be offered the chance to book another date. Note that colder temperatures and mild wind are not considered bad weather.

 

How do you monitor weather conditions?

We use real-time weather apps, NOAA marine forecasts, and local weather stations to monitor conditions and ensure that we’re prepared for any changes before and during your trip.
 

📝 Cancellation & Rebooking

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand plans change. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour will be charged the full amount. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a full refund. If we have to cancel due to inclement weather, you will receive a full 100% refund. However, we will make every effort to accommodate rebooking requests when possible.
