Charterer Responsibility

The Charterer is responsible for the conduct of all guests.
Any damage to the vessel caused by the Charterer or their guests will be the responsibility of the Charterer.
Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the charter without refund. Alcohol may be consumed responsibly on board.

Weather

The Captain has full authority regarding the safety of the vessel and all passengers. In the event of adverse weather conditions, the Captain may alter the itinerary or cancel the charter to ensure safety.
